Clover Club

We all know and love the classic lemon & sugar crepes. Add some fruityness and top with raspberries for your very own Clover Club pancakes. Feeling adventurous? Try serving these flambéed with a shot of gin, similar to the French with their Crepe Suzette. Trust me when I say, you won't be dissapointed!

Espresso Martini

For the coffee lover. You have it for breakfast, you have it in your alcohol, might as well have it in your pancakes, ey? Top these decadent pancake stacks with rich madagascan vanilla ice cream, sweet caramel ice cream and some home made coffee liqueur infused chocolate sauce. Simply heat up your favourite chocolate spread until runny, and mix in a shot of coffee liqueur.

Swap the lemon for lime, and raspberries for strawberries. What do you get? The simple but delicious combination used in a Strawberry Daiquiri.
