Processing Times
All orders placed before 10am are processed and shipped the same day Monday to Friday. Orders received after 10am will be shipped the following working day. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. All of our parcels are shipped using DPD. Once your parcel has been shipped you can track and reschedule your delivery using the DPD app or website.
Please note. Shipping times are not a guarantee. These are provided as a guideline only from our courier - DPD, and are out of our control. During busy times such as the Christmas period, please allow additional time for your parcel to arrive.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order amount and shipping address.

The following locations do NOT qualify as UK mainland and come under separate price brackets:
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands (Including Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney and other subsidiaries)
- Scottish Islands (Including postcodes HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3)
- Scottish Highlands (Including postcodes AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50) - Some other Highlands postcodes may be delayed by an extra working day.
- Northern Ireland
- Republic of Ireland

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cocktails At Home UK LTD are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
Click and collect
You can skip the shipping fees with free local collection at our HQ in Bolton, Manchester. Our address for collection is Unit 15 Stone Hill Business Centre, Stone Hill Road, Bolton, Greater Manchester, BL49TP. After placing your order and selecting 'Pick Up’ at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up as soon as possible. You will receive an email once your order is ready to collect. Please do not arrive to collect your parcel without contacting us first to arrange your collection. Due to the nature of our business the office may be closed during usual business hours.
Our in-store pickup hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive. We operate a challenge 25 policy so please bring a suitable form of ID such as driving license or passport.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. You will also receive an email from our shipping partner, DPD with full tracking information. You can track and reschedule your delivery using the DPD app or the DPD website.
Please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive during busy periods. If you haven’t received your order within 3 working days of your estimated delivery date - or your parcel has arrived damaged - please contact us at hello@cocktailsathomeuk.com with your name, order number, and delivery address, and we will be more than happy to assist
